In many cases, we find that multiple small buildings can be developed in cases where most builders wouldn't have the expertise to identify opportunities.

We understand that the cost of gaining Council approval for a Tiny House can make it unfeasible. The goal of our planning decisions is to avoid additional Council approvals. When a building approval is required, we employ a private certifier. Our recommendations will keep this as one of the primary goals.
